Dorthy Elizabeth is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Nhancesmart. Ltd., Adecco, and Aparajitha Corporate Services Private Limited. Dorthy also has experience in talent acquisition and recruitment at R&S Corp, and in delivery support at Hewlett-Packard. Dorthy holds a Master's Degree in Human resources from Pondicherry University and a PGCHRM in Human Resources Management and Services from XLRI Jamshedpur.
