Chris Hall MRICS is a seasoned professional in surveying and construction with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as a Residential Panel Member at RICS since March 2024, Chris is focused on advancing surveying practices for public benefit. At NHBC since November 2015, Chris held multiple positions, including Technical Innovation Manager, responsible for overseeing the Innovation Team and the NHBC Accepts service, and earlier roles as Senior Technical Building Consultant and Inspection Manager, managing warranty risk and inspection services in the UK. Prior experience includes key roles at Warner Surveys Ltd, Transport for London, and CH2M, where Chris contributed to significant rail and surveying projects. Educational qualifications include a BSc in Surveying & Mapping from the University of East London and a Diploma in Conservation of the Historic Environment from the University College of Estate Management. Additionally, Chris has training in change management and health and safety.
