Dean Dale

Dean Dale is a seasoned professional in the construction field with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as a Senior Construction Quality Analyst at NHBC since March 2017, Dean has also held positions such as Project Building Inspector and Building Inspector. Prior to this, Dean worked at Places for People as a Joiner and Void Property Inspector from June 2010 to March 2017, and at OAKHILL CONSTRUCTION LIMITED as a Joiner from September 2007 to June 2010, where the focus included 1st and 2nd fix joinery on new builds and refurbishments. Dean began as an Apprentice Joiner at Carillion from September 2004 to September 2007. Educational qualifications include an NVQ Level 6 in Site Inspection from NHBC (2018-2019), an HNC in Construction & Built Environment from Tameside College (2014-2016), and GCSEs from Our Lady's Sports College (1999-2004).
