Kay Francis

Kay Francis is a highly experienced communications professional with over 30 years in corporate communications and marketing leadership. Currently serving as the Head of Marketing and Communications at NHBC since January 2022, Kay leads a 30-member team and has successfully transformed the communications function to focus on revenue generation. Past roles include Director of Global Corporate Communications at Jaguar Land Rover, where Kay mentored a team delivering significant PR value, and Director of Communications at Forensic Science Service, pioneering engagement with governmental affairs. Kay's extensive experience spans various leadership positions at Ford Motor Company and its subsidiaries, focusing on media relations, reputation management, and corporate communications strategy. Kay holds a BA Special Honours Degree from the University of Birmingham in English Literature.
