Nicola Baines-Holding

Nicola Baines-Holding is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in customer engagement and marketing management. Currently serving as the Senior Marketing Manager for Customer Engagement at NHBC since January 2020, Nicola previously held the position of Regional Marketing Manager for UK & Benelux at Leica Geosystems from August 2017 to January 2020. Prior to that, Nicola was the Head of Marketing at The Access Group and spent a decade at Capita Education Software Solutions, progressing through roles such as Senior Marketing Campaign Manager, Digital Marketing Manager, and Senior Marketing Executive. Nicola began the marketing career as a Marketing Executive at Domestic & General. Academically, Nicola holds a CIM Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing from Cambridge Marketing College and a BA Hons in Marketing with Business Studies from the University of Derby.
