Sally Sy Caruso

Sally Sy Caruso is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in recruitment and human resources management across various prominent organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Recruiting for the National Hockey League since September 2021, Sally has previously held significant roles such as Director of Human Resources at The Paley Center for Media, Talent Acquisition/HR Consultant at HBO, and Director of Talent Acquisition/HR at BBC Worldwide. Additional experience includes positions at AMC Networks, The Madison Square Garden Company, and Redscout. Sally holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Stony Brook University and a Master's in HR Management from the New York Institute of Technology.
