Paul Lee

Paul Lee has an extensive work experience in various companies and roles. Paul is currently a board member at Cloudnexa and ODK Media, Inc. Prior to these positions, they served as the Chief Executive Officer at NHN Global, a global technology company. At NHN Global, they also served as the parent company of Cloudnexa. Before that, they worked as a strategic advisor at LAShowroom.com and as the Chief Financial Officer at Search Optics. Paul also held roles in corporate development and investment banking at LAShowroom.com, Berenson & Company, Merrill Lynch, Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein, and Citi. In these roles, they gained experience in areas such as mergers & acquisitions, global consumer & retail group, and global securitization group.

Paul Lee received their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Accounting and Finance from the Binghamton University School of Management. Paul then went on to earn their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Finance from the Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management between 2002 and 2004.
