Nina Melsom has been with NHO since May 2000 and currently holds the position of Direktør Arbeidsliv and Direktør tariff og medlemstjenester. Prior to joining NHO, Nina worked at Sivilombudsmannen as a Rådgiver/førstekonsulent and at Drammen tingrett as a Dommerfullmektig. With a background in law, Nina has also worked as an Advokat at Advokatfirma Salvesen. Nina participated in Sjefskurset at Forsvarets Høgskole in January 2013. Nina graduated from the University of Oslo in 1993.

NHO
The NHO - Confederation of Norwegian Enterprise - is the main representative body for Norwegian employers with a current membership of 22.000 companies ranging from small family-owned businesses to multinational companies. In addition to the central organization in Oslo, which has cross sectoral responsibility for members` interests, members also belong to one of 21 nationwide sectoral federations and one of 15 regional associations. The sectoral associations protect branch-related interests with the regional associations offering a local point of contact between companies and authorities.
