María Pilar Testoni

Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in organic product retail, compliance, nutrition, and education. Since August 2020, Mariana has served as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, an online store focused on body care and environmental sustainability. In addition, Mariana has worked as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous roles include ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, practicing as a nutritionist in a private consultancy from February 2016 to 2019, and teaching applied mathematics and the history of food at a vocational training school from August 2016 to August 2017. Mariana holds a diploma in Business Administration and Management from Universidad Anahuac Online and a degree in Nutrition and Well-Being from Universidad del Centro de México.
