Camden Carpenter, MRED, currently serves as an Assistant Development Manager at The NHP Foundation since June 2022, following a role as an Acquisition and Development Intern. Camden's leadership experience includes serving as President and Editor-In-Chief at Camden's Campus Media, achieving Elite status and managing various marketing initiatives. An internship with the City of Newport News involved collecting housing data and presenting insights to the City Planning Commission. Camden holds a Master of Real Estate Development from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor's degree in Smart and Sustainable Cities from Virginia Tech.
