Eric W. Price has a strong background in housing and economic development. Eric W. is currently serving as the President of The NHP Foundation since January 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Executive Vice President and CFO from February 2019 to February 2022. Price also worked at the AFL-CIO Housing Investment Trust for a significant period, starting in 1994 as the Director of Housing Production and later becoming the Executive Vice President and CEO Building America CDE from February 2010 to February 2019. Eric W. has experience in managing and financing economic development programs and policies as the Deputy Mayor for Planning and Economic Development for Washington, DC from October 1999 to October 2004. Additionally, they held senior roles at Abdo Development, Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC), and Shore Bank Development Corporation - Citylands. Overall, Price has demonstrated expertise in affordable housing, strategic planning, and implementing innovative programs and initiatives in the housing and economic development sector.

Eric W. Price received their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from UCLA in 1985. Eric W. went on to complete their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business in 1992.
