Myungsoo Jang is a seasoned professional in the real estate sector with a diverse background, currently serving as Principal at Iceberg Partners LLC since April 2023 and AVP of Acquisitions at NHPF since September 2022. Previously, Myungsoo held the position of Director of Real Estate at venn from August 2018 to September 2022 and worked as an Investment Analyst at Iceberg Partners LLC from October 2016 to 2018. Myungsoo Jang holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Science from Yonsei University.

We develop strong resident services programs tailored to each properties specific needs. Our staffs are leaders in both for profit and not for profit real estate, and we gain further support from a dedicated Board of Trustees.
