Rebecca Sherman

Rebecca Sherman is a Special Events & Administrative Coordinator at The NHP Foundation, beginning in January 2024, where notable achievements include leading events such as a Ribbon-Cutting ceremony in Houston, TX, and a Groundbreaking event in Connecticut, along with implementing crowd management and security protocols. Prior to this role, Rebecca served as the Coordinator for Programming & Events at AdvaMed, supporting the educational program for the annual MedTech Conference. Rebecca's experience also includes positions as Marketing & Social Media Coordinator at Docs In Progress, Events & Venue Assistant Manager at Glen Echo Park Partnership, and various roles in event planning and customer service, demonstrating a strong background in event coordination, marketing, and hospitality. An alumnus of St. Mary's College of Maryland with a Bachelor of Arts in Theater, Film & Media Studies and a minor in Anthropology, Rebecca also has international exposure as a visiting student at Mahidol University.
