John Green

John Green serves as the Health & Safety Service Manager at NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde since July 2007, where responsibilities include implementing the Health & Safety Strategy and Policy across various departments, as well as leading the Health & Safety Team to enhance service delivery. Prior to this role, John was the Risk Manager at Greater Glasgow Health Board Primary Care Trust from December 1995 to July 2007 and an HM Inspector of Health and Safety at the Health and Safety Executive from April 1990 to December 1995. Educational qualifications include a NEBOSH Specialist Diploma in Waste Management from the University of the West of Scotland, a Postgraduate Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety from Aston University, and an HND in Agriculture and Estate Management from West of Scotland Agricultural College.
