Cara Phillips

Cara Phillips is the Head of Communications at Hampshire and Isle of Wight Integrated Care Board. Previously, Cara worked at The King's Fund as a Press & Public Affairs Manager and also served as an External Affairs Manager at The Resolution Foundation. With a background in political research and press assistance, Cara holds a Bachelor's degree in History with Italian from the University of Warwick, a Master's degree in Acting from the University of Surrey, and a Master of Science in Global Politics from the University of Southampton.
