Charlotte Taphouse

Charlotte Taphouse currently serves as the SHIP LMNS Digital Transformation Lead at Hampshire and Isle of Wight Integrated Care Board, a position held since May 2023. Concurrently, Charlotte is the Digital Lead Midwife for Maternity Services and Labour Ward Matron at Portsmouth Hospitals University NHS Trust since March 2021. Prior to these roles, Charlotte worked as the Clinical Lead Midwife at Portsmouth Hospitals NHS Trust from September 2013 to March 2021. Educationally, Charlotte holds a Master's degree in Advanced Clinical Practice from the University of Southampton, attained from 2017 to 2022, a Bachelor of Science in Direct Entry Midwifery from Bournemouth University (2010-2013), and a Bachelor of Arts in Performance Management from the University of Leeds (2000-2003).
