Fran White is currently the Senior Strategic Lead for Partnerships at Hampshire and Isle of Wight Integrated Care Board, where Fran works on establishing and developing the Integrated Care Partnership and building relationships outside the NHS. Prior to this role, Fran served as the Regional Facilitator for Social Prescribing at NHS England, and as a Programme Manager for New Models of Care at Hampshire and Isle of Wight STP. Fran also has experience in project management roles at Healthy London Partnership, NHS Leadership Academy, and Nhs North East Hampshire and Farnham Clinical Commissioning Group. Fran holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Healthcare Leadership from the University of Birmingham.

The Hampshire and Isle of Wight Integrated Care Board (ICB) is the statutory organisation responsible for setting the strategic plan for the NHS to deliver its part of the health and care strategy. It allocates NHS resources and works through our four places (Hampshire, Southampton, Isle of Wight and Portsmouth) and our transformation programmes to make sure the right health services are being delivered to people across the area. The Hampshire and Isle of Wight ICB is made up of the former Portsmouth Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) and Hampshire, Southampton and Isle of Wight CCG. We work closely with our partners within the wider Integrated Care System to support our communities to stay as healthy as possible.
