Glen Wale is the Head of CHIE at Hampshire and Isle of Wight Integrated Care Board. Glen previously served as Head of Information Systems and Head of Patient Systems at Solent NHS Trust, and as an NPfIT Project Manager at NHS Southampton City. With a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences from Solent University, Glen also worked as a Helpdesk Manager at New Forest PCT.

The Hampshire and Isle of Wight Integrated Care Board (ICB) is the statutory organisation responsible for setting the strategic plan for the NHS to deliver its part of the health and care strategy. It allocates NHS resources and works through our four places (Hampshire, Southampton, Isle of Wight and Portsmouth) and our transformation programmes to make sure the right health services are being delivered to people across the area. The Hampshire and Isle of Wight ICB is made up of the former Portsmouth Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) and Hampshire, Southampton and Isle of Wight CCG. We work closely with our partners within the wider Integrated Care System to support our communities to stay as healthy as possible.
