Transformation and Strategy Team

The Transformation and Strategy Team at the NHS Hampshire and Isle of Wight Integrated Care Board is responsible for driving strategic initiatives and transformation programs across the Hampshire, Southampton, Isle of Wight, and Portsmouth regions. This multidisciplinary team works on improving urgent and emergency care, planning and executing transformations in mental health, maternity and child health, primary care including dental services, and digital healthcare solutions. They collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure healthcare services are effectively meeting the needs of the community and remain resilient under changing conditions.
