Caroline Gadd

Caroline Gadd serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Social Finance since March 2023, having previously held the position of Interim Chief Executive Officer and Director. Caroline is also a 2020 Fellow with NHS Innovation Accelerator, focusing on digital health leadership. Prior experience includes roles as Director at Holmusk (April 2021 - March 2023) and Director at Otsuka Pharmaceutical Companies Europe, where initiatives aimed at improving mental health outcomes through technology were undertaken. Additional roles at Otsuka Pharmaceuticals (UK) Ltd and Stiefel, a GSK company, involved market access and value strategy development. Prior to these positions, Caroline held significant roles at Abbott Laboratories and Schering-Plough, contributing to healthcare marketing and access strategies. Caroline’s early career includes experience at Gilead Sciences and Nutricia. Education includes degrees from King's College London and St George's, University of London.
