Lara Williams

Lara Williams is a Digital Project Manager at NHS Lothian since October 2020, specializing in health system redesign projects that enhance capacity and manage demand across primary and secondary care. Previous experience includes roles as a Contact Tracer and Distillery Manager at Stirling Distillery, focusing on regulatory compliance and inventory management. Lara has also served as a Brand Ambassador at Eden Mill St. Andrews, where training and product launches were key responsibilities, and gained extensive knowledge and customer service skills as a Sales Assistant at Drinkmonger.
