Sarah White is a Senior Policy Manager at NHS Providers, having strategically guided the organization’s NHS workforce policy since April 2020 following two promotions. Previously, as a Policy Advisor, Sarah developed and led initiatives related to NHS staff, authored influential publications, and prepared briefings for executives and parliamentarians. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Sarah led PPE policy efforts, providing critical feedback to the Department of Health and Social Care. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Policy Advisor at the British Medical Association, contributing to junior doctors' contract negotiations, and as Student Union President at St Catherine's College, University of Oxford, where Sarah managed a substantial budget and authored legal documents. Sarah holds a BA (Hons.) in English Language and Literature from the University of Oxford.
