Dr Lewis Potter Bem

Dr Lewis Potter BEM is the Founder and CEO of Geeky Medics, a medical education platform that provides high-quality learning resources and attracts over 2 million views monthly from a global healthcare community. Concurrently, Dr Potter serves as a General Practitioner and GP Registrar within the NHS since 2012, having undergone extensive training in various specialties, including acute medicine, paediatrics, and obstetrics and gynaecology, while also serving as a Clinical Teaching Fellow at Sunderland Medical School. Previous experience includes diverse roles as a Junior Doctor in the UK and Australia, and a Senior House Officer at Cairns and Hinterland Hospital and Health Service. Dr Potter holds a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from Newcastle University.
