Helen Clifton

Helen Clifton is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in digital product development and management within the healthcare and media sectors. Currently serving as Executive Director of Products & Platforms at NHS England since September 2023, Helen focuses on creating national-scale digital products and services designed to enhance health and care for individuals across England. Helen previously held the position of Executive Director of Product Delivery at NHS Digital from May 2022 to September 2023. Other notable roles include Chairperson at Freeview Australia and MediaHub Australia, Chief Digital and Information Officer at the Australian Broadcasting Corporation, and Chief Product and Information Officer at TVNZ. Helen's career also includes roles in operations and production management at Aljazeera English Channel, SNG Broadcast Services, and The London Studios.
