Joshua Fernandez

Joshua Fernandez currently serves as an All-Age Advance Safeguarding Practitioner & Operational Prevent Lead at NHS since November 2023. Prior to this role, Joshua worked at Barnet Council as a Student Social Worker in Intervention and Planning for Children and Family Services from May to November 2023 and gained experience as a Supported Housing Officer at Centrepoint from January to May 2023. Joshua's earlier tenure at NHS included being an Adult Safeguarding Coordinator from May 2018 to November 2022 and holding administrative roles from November 2013 to August 2015. Joshua holds multiple degrees in Social Work from Middlesex University and a Master's degree in Child Protection & Adult Safeguarding from Buckinghamshire New University.
