Dr. Varun Goel

Dr. Varun Goel is an accomplished professional with diverse experience in both technical and human resources roles. Currently serving as the Dy General Manager at the National High Speed Rail Corporation Ltd (NHSRCL), Dr. Goel has previously held managerial positions at Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited, including Human Resources Manager, Deputy Manager, and Dy. Manager (HR). Earlier in the career, Dr. Goel worked as a Software Engineer at Infosys and as a GNOC Engineer at CADTECH CONSULTANTS PVT. LTD. Dr. Goel holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Labour Productivity and an MBA in General Management, both from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee.
