Johnny Gardere

Johnny Gardere has extensive experience working in various roles in the nonprofit and education sectors. Johnny started their career in 2015 as a Community Habilitation Specialist at HERITAGE HUMAN SERVICES, INC. In this role, they provided support and assistance to individuals with disabilities.

In 2018, Johnny joined NIA Community Services Network as a Group Lead. Here, they supervised and engaged a class of over 25 students, identified their academic needs, and supported instructors in delivering effective lessons.

Johnny was promoted to Assistant Program Director at NIA Community Services Network in 2021. In this role, they managed and allocated significant funding for enrichment and development training programs. Johnny also led a team of 40 program staff, utilized management software for data analysis and communication, and organized meetings with clients and staff to identify student education needs.

Additionally, Johnny worked as a Parent Coach and Developmental Instructor at Northside Center For Child Dev in 2019, providing coaching and instruction to parents and supporting child development.

Johnny Gardere obtained their high school diploma from Clara Barton High School from 2009 to 2013. Johnny then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology at Brooklyn College from 2013 to 2021. In addition to their formal education, Johnny obtained the certification of an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in May 2020.
