Katharina Huntenburg is a Postdoctoral Researcher at Wageningen University & Research since June 2022, focusing on enhancing the nutritional value of crops in vertical farming as part of the Sky High project. Concurrently, Katharina serves as a Senior Research Associate at NIAB since August 2021. Previous experience includes a PhD at Lancaster University from October 2017 to August 2021, and a Researcher role at the Chamber of Agriculture Lower Saxony from June 2012 to September 2017, where involvement in the Interreg project 'Gezonde Kas' took place. Katharina holds a Master of Science in International Horticulture from Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin and a Bachelor of Science in Applied Horticulture from Leibniz Universität Hannover.
