Bob Nalbandian

Bob Nalbandian is an experienced operations leader with a strong background in engineering and maintenance within the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as the Senior Operations Manager at Niagara Bottling since August 2022, Bob oversees aseptic processing and bottling operations. Prior to this role, Bob held various leadership positions at California Natural Products from January 2016 to August 2022, focusing on operational excellence through trust, empowerment, and a methodical approach to performance metrics. Bob's experience at PepsiCo from June 2006 to November 2015 included roles such as Engineering and Maintenance Sr. Manager and California Region-North Area Fleet Manager, where Bob drove reliability, sustainability, and efficiency across multiple teams and assets. Bob holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, obtained between 1991 and 1994.
