Cassandra Hooks

Cassandra Hooks currently serves as Assistant General Counsel at Niagara Bottling, responsible for a wide range of litigation matters, pre-litigation negotiations, and legal support in employment, human resources, and mergers and acquisitions since April 2017. Previously, Cassandra held several roles at Alston & Bird LLP from May 2010 to April 2017, including Sr. Director of Legal Affairs and Counsel, focusing on corporate and business litigation with a successful defense verdict in an employment class action trial. Prior experience includes being an Associate at Klinedinst PC and McCormick Barstow LLP, where Cassandra concentrated on various aspects of corporate and business litigation. Cassandra began a legal career as a Legal Extern for Judge Kim McLane Wardlaw at the U.S. Court of Appeals, 9th Circuit. Anna holds a JD from Loyola Law School and an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, alongside a BA from Duke University.
