Katelyn Shutt

Katelyn Shutt is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in recruitment, policy compliance, and employee relations. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Niagara Bottling since December 2016, Katelyn ensures adherence to company policies and manages the recruitment process for vacant positions. Prior roles include serving as a Human Resources Generalist at the Richmond Times-Dispatch, where responsibilities encompassed conducting open enrollment sessions and managing leave of absence requests, and at The News & Advance, where Katelyn handled high-volume recruitment activities.
