Tim Coons, MBA, has over 17 years of senior leadership experience in the tourism and hospitality industry. They served as Regional General Manager for Trius Winery and Restaurant, as well as Wayne Gretzky Estates Winery and Distillery, and held the position of Estate Manager at Peller Estates Winery. Currently, Tim is the Board Chair of both the Niagara Grape & Wine Festival and Wineries of Niagara-on-the-Lake, and a Board Member for the Tourism Partnership of Niagara. Additionally, Tim is a Professor in Beverage Business Management and Artisan Distilling at Niagara College and is pursuing multiple degrees from various institutions.
