Vicky Wideman, LMSW, has extensive experience in executive leadership and clinical supervision. From 2017 to the present, they have held various roles at Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center, including Executive Director of NFMMC Adult and Children Health Home and Director of Social Services. In these roles, Vicky has provided clinical supervision and consultation, trained new clinicians, and delivered direct care services to individuals and families. Vicky has also been responsible for developing and implementing clinical service plans, conducting professional in-service training, and establishing collaborative relationships with community members and agencies. Additionally, Vicky has prepared monthly and yearly reports as required. In 2023, they will take on the role of Executive Director at Recovery Center Niagara.
Vicky Wideman, LMSW, obtained a Master's degree in Social Work from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
