Lindsey Pound

Lindsey Pound currently serves as an HR Business Partner at Niagara Health, a position held since June 2024. Previously, at Niagara Casinos, Lindsey held several roles including Senior Manager of People & Culture, HR Operations Manager, Human Resources Advisor, and Human Resources Coordinator from June 2012 to June 2024. Earlier experience includes serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Citi from June 2010 to July 2012. Lindsey has demonstrated expertise in developing HR strategies, managing employee relations, leading recruitment efforts, representing Canada on global project teams, and delivering employee orientation sessions. Lindsey holds a B.A. Honors in Sociology from Western University, earned between 2002 and 2007, and attended George Brown College from 2009 to 2010.
