Nicole Johnson, MBA (c), LSSBB, MScOT, BKin, OT Reg (Ont) currently serves as the Manager of Workflow Design and Build in the Health Information System at Niagara Health, overseeing the transition from paper health records to Oracle Health electronic health records for six outpatient clinical program areas. With extensive experience as a Senior Occupational Therapist and Occupational Therapist at Hotel Dieu Shaver Health and Rehabilitation Centre, Nicole also held the role of Board President at Rosalind Blauer Centre for Child Care, where significant contributions included implementing an evidence-based Natural Playground and establishing strategic goals for the organization. Additionally, Nicole has a background as an Information Technology Analyst at the Canada Revenue Agency. Educationally, Nicole is pursuing an MBA in Innovation from the University of Fredericton, holding a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from McMaster University and a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology from Brock University.
