Thomas McLaughlin

Thomas McLaughlin is an experienced manager with a background in the manufacturing and distribution of industrial paint, coatings, and specialty chemicals. Currently serving as General Manager and previously as Plant Manager at Niagara LaSalle Corporation since 2018, Thomas has overseen large teams, including managing 80 employees at PPG Industries from 2008 to 2017. Prior roles include General Manager at Prime Woodcraft Inc (2017-2018) and Plant Manager at Randolph Products (2002-2008), where responsibilities encompassed various aspects of production and quality control. Thomas began a career at BASF (formerly Morton International) from 1997 to 2002, climbing through ranks from Operations Manager to other significant positions involving production and scheduling. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Science in Management.
