Henrik Gerdin

Henrik Gerdin is a seasoned professional in the real estate and finance sectors, currently serving as a Board Member at KRONHUSENE since June 2023 and as a Fund Manager at Niam AB since December 2018. Previously, Henrik held the position of Board Member at HD Ejendomme until January 2021, during which the company was sold for approximately €1.7 billion. Henrik's extensive experience includes roles such as Head of Transactions at Kungsleden, as well as various acquisitions positions at Niam AB, where tenure spanned from September 2007 to March 2016. Henrik began a career in structured finance and investment banking as an Associate at Deutsche Pfandbriefbank AG in London. Educational qualifications include an MSc in Real Estate Finance, Economics & Management from KTH Royal Institute of Technology and a BSc(Econ)(Hons) in Business Studies, Economics & Business from The University of Manchester. Additional leadership training was completed through the UGL program and the Stronghold Foundation Leadership Program.
