Olivia Henriksson Olofsson

Olivia Henriksson Olofsson is an experienced analyst in real estate acquisitions currently working at Niam AB since September 2022. Prior roles include management assistant and area developer at Fastighets AB Balder, as well as a part-time junior analyst position at Niam AB. Olivia has demonstrated strong analytical skills and competitive success, achieving second place in the Undergraduate Real Estate Case Competition and being a finalist in the Cornell University Real Estate Case Competition. Additionally, Olivia has taken on teaching responsibilities as a teaching assistant at Kungliga Tekniska högskolan and has several internships in real estate and event planning. Olivia holds a degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on property and finance from KTH Royal Institute of Technology and completed secondary education at Bromma gymnasium with a specialization in Economics and football.
