Erin Schaefer

Erin Schaefer is a highly experienced leader in the technology and advertising sectors, currently serving as Senior Vice President at Niantic, Inc., overseeing US Studio & Publishing, Go-to-Market, and Global Operations. Previously, Erin held several senior roles at Google and YouTube, including Managing Director of People Strategy & Operations for Google Cloud, and Managing Director of Global Operations for both Partner Development and Services, and Consumer & Creator Support and Trust & Safety. Erin's expertise also extends to global brand advertising strategy and mobile search advertising. Prior to working in technology, Erin served as Company Planning Manager at Gap Inc. Erin holds a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science & History from Stanford University.
