Gina Novoa is an experienced professional in product management and business analysis, currently serving as a Product Manager at nib Group, as well as holding previous positions such as Senior Business Analyst for Travel Claims Transformation and Product Owner for Travel Service. With a background in corporate performance and service design at Maitland City Council, Gina has also worked as Head of SEM & SEO at The Creative Collective, a Digital Marketing Specialist at Out Of The Square, and a Client Marketing Manager/Project Manager at Redback Solutions. An alumnus of Pontificia Universidad Javeriana with a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering and a Diploma in Marketing from TAFE NSW, Gina combines strong analytical and marketing skills to drive performance and strategic growth.
