Umair Ishtiaq is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business analysis and project coordination, currently serving as a Senior Business Analyst and Senior Project Coordinator at Payactiv since January 2020. Umair has successfully on-boarded a new card operation team while managing daily operational tasks and stakeholder communications. Previously, Umair worked as a Technical Support Specialist, assisting over 1000 individuals and honing skills in people management and sales strategies.
