Matthew Richards

Matthew Richards has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Matthew currently works at DPG as a Business Architect. Previously, they were a Lead Business Analyst at nib New Zealand and a Technology Consultant at TaperMD. Matthew also has experience as a Project Manager (Co-op) at StressCrete Group and a Business Digitisation Consultant (Co-op) at BMO Financial Group. Prior to that, Matthew held key positions at Cook Brothers Hospitality, including National Operations Manager and Area Manager. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong financial management skills, process improvement expertise, and the ability to optimize operations and drive revenue growth.

Matthew Richards completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from the DeGroote School of Business at McMaster University in 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from the University of Otago between 2009 and 2014. Matthew also has a Level One Ski Instructors Certification from NZSIA, which they obtained in 2013.
