Steven de Leijster

Steven De Leijster has diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Steven has worked at NIBC Bank as a Product Owner Risk, Legal & Compliance | Associate Director. Prior to this, they served as Vice President IT Finance & Risk and Associate IT Finance & Risk at the same company. At NIBC Bank, they were responsible for leading IT projects in the Risk domain, improving IT for Financial Market Risk, Credit Risk, and Customer Screening. Steven also worked as a Scrum Master for IT Risk, Legal, Compliance & CSR.

Before their time at NIBC Bank, Steven worked as a Finance Consultant at Derksen & Drolsbach (D&D), where they assisted clients in optimizing their financial processes. Steven also served as a Financial Advisor at Provincie Zuid-Holland and as a Coordinator of Planning & Control at the Haeghe Groep. During their tenure at Derksen & Drolsbach, they facilitated the management of financial and economic issues and coordinated the planning and control cycle.

Prior to that, they worked at Logius, Ministerie van BZK, where they served as a Controller. Steven was responsible for financial and administrative control and provided support as an assistant- or deputy-controller. Additionally, they worked for the Rijksdienst voor Identiteitsgegevens (RvIG) as an Adviser for Board Support and was responsible for governance and advisory roles.

Steven's earlier experiences include working at the Ministerie van Algemene Zaken as a DIV-medewerker and as a Jr. Stafmedewerker RVD. Steven also worked at Pathé Buitenhof as a Service Medewerker and at Stichting Pensioen Opleidingen as a Medewerker.
