Dawn Bloch has over 21 years of work experience at NIBCO and NIBCO INC. Dawn started their career at NIBCO in 2000 as an Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative and worked their way up to become a Radiant Heat Advisor-Technical Specialist, Sales/Radiant Heat Technical Coordinator, and finally a Customer Service Supervisor. In 2014, they joined NIBCO INC. as a Customer Service Sales Manager before transitioning to the role of Director, Business Development in 2018. Currently, Dawn holds the position of Vice President - Customer Engagement, beginning in April 2022. In their most recent role, Dawn is responsible for managing a team of 45 associates and overseeing various aspects of customer service operations, including domestic and international customer service, technical services, problem resolution, and inside sales. Dawn also manages the Sales Trainee Program, focusing on training college recruits for future sales management positions.
Dawn Bloch has a diverse education history. In 1996, they attended Ivy Tech Community College and studied Medical Assisting, completing their studies in 1999. Dawn then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources at Indiana Institute of Technology, which they completed from 2003 to 2008. In 2012, they enrolled in the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business, where they obtained a Certificate in Executive Management Program, with a focus on Finance and Accounting for Non-Financial Managers. Additionally, in the same year, they obtained another certificate from the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business in Supervisory Development. Later, in 2012, they pursued an MBA in Business Administration and Management, General at the University of North Alabama, completing the program in 2015. Dawn Bloch's most recent educational achievement was obtaining a Certificate in Digital Marketing from Cornell University in 2021.
