Jason Flagg

Jason Flagg, SHRM-SCP has over 21 years of experience in human resources. Jason is currently the Corporate Director of Human Resources at NIBCO INC. In this role, they oversee the development and implementation of HR programs and policies throughout the company. Jason has also held positions such as Regional Human Resources Business Partner at Northwest Hardwoods, Human Resources Manager at Genesis Products, Employee & Community Relations Manager at Hearthside Food Solutions, Human Resources Manager at Shield Restraint Systems, Inc., and Human Resources Manager at UNIFRAX I, LLC. Additionally, Jason has served on the Board of Directors for Michiana SHRM as the Workforce Readiness Chair.

Jason Flagg, SHRM-SCP, obtained a Master of Science degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Illinois State University, where they studied from 1997 to 1999. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology at Ball State University, from 1993 to 1997. In addition to their degrees, Jason Flagg has obtained multiple certifications throughout their career. In June 2002, they obtained the SPHR certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI. Jason also obtained the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM in November 2015. Jason Flagg further enhanced their professional qualifications by obtaining the Strategic Thinking certification from LinkedIn in May 2020.
