Aaron Anderson

Aaron Anderson has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Aaron is currently the Director of Product Development at NIC Industries, Inc., where they are involved in defining strategic direction and advising on development of pitch deck, claims, and warrantees. Aaron also leads research and development, quality control, and reengineering of the polymer plant. Prior to this role, Aaron held the position of Senior Scientist and Managing Director at the same company, where they played a key role in expanding the brand name by launching four novel polymers.

Before joining NIC Industries, Aaron worked at Polypeptide Laboratories Inc. as a Chemist Team Lead, where they led efforts to improve work shift transitions and implemented performance improvement initiatives. Aaron also worked as a Co-Founder and Lead Chemist at Nanoman Industries, a biomanufacturing startup, focusing on synthesizing specialty anti-neoplastic drugs and molecular probes.

Earlier in their career, Aaron worked as a Team Leader and Researcher at Oregon State University, where they made significant contributions to nanoparticle research and the development of polymers. Aaron also served in the United States Marine Corps as a Logistics Specialist and Logistics Coordinator, leading squads and conducting operations in various combat settings.

Aaron Anderson attended Oregon State University from 2007 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry.
