Arick Morton

Arick Morton has extensive experience in various roles throughout their career. Arick is currently the Chief Executive Officer at NIC MAP Vision, where they lead the company and sets its strategic direction. Before that, Arick was the Co-Founder and CEO of VisionLTC, a market analytics platform for the senior housing industry that was acquired by NIC MAP. Prior to that, they worked as the Vice President of Corporate Strategy at Navion Senior Living. Arick also has experience in entrepreneurship as a Co-Founder of CareSolver, a comprehensive care management platform for family caregivers of seniors. Additionally, they have worked at The Advisory Board Company in roles such as Associate Principal and Project Manager, where they focused on new product development and business strategy. Arick started their career as a Research Analyst at Veritas Economic Consulting and Arcadis. Arick also had an internship at the Offices of the Honorable Linda Gilroy in the Parliament of the United Kingdom.

Arick Morton earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management from Harvard Business School between 2012 and 2014. Prior to that, they completed their B.A., Honors degree in Political Science and Philosophy at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from 2004 to 2008. Arick's education began with their high school diploma from Enloe High School, which they obtained from 2000 to 2004.
