Nicola Collis-Smith Regional Director South Wales and Avon Office

Nicola Collis-Smith serves as the Regional Director for South Wales and the Avon Office at NIC Services Group Ltd, a position held since February 2016, where Nicola also worked as Operations Manager. With extensive experience in facilities management, Nicola focuses on expanding operations in South Wales and the South West region. Prior to this, Nicola spent over 17 years at Wiltshire Constabulary, achieving the rank of Detective Sergeant and gaining significant expertise in child protection and sexual exploitation. Nicola's educational background includes a B-Tec National Diploma in Business Administration and Management from Swindon College and secondary education at Astor Secondary School in Dover.
