Jay Sloan

Jay Sloan has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Jay currently serves as the Director of Operations and Marketing at NIC Nebraska since January 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Merchants Metals where they held various positions including Regional Operations Manager, Branch Manager, Outside Sales Representative, and Manager in Training from 2013 to 2021. Additionally, they participated in the Atlas Leadership Academy program at Atlas Holdings LLC in 2017. Before that, they were an Advertising Marketing Intern at SCORR Marketing in 2012. Jay started their career as a Teller/Customer Service Representative at Five Points Bank from 2010 to 2012. Jay also gained writing experience as a regular contributing writer for the Sports and Feature sections of the Daily Nebraskan while studying at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln from 2008 to 2010.

Jay Sloan attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln from 2008 to 2010 and later transferred to the University of Nebraska at Kearney, where they studied from 2010 to 2013. However, no specific degree or field of study is provided for either of these educational experiences.
