Joan Kalvaitis

Joan Kalvaitis has a strong work experience spanning several years. Joan started their career as an Operations Analyst at AAMVAnet in 1997, where they scheduled and coordinated training and provided assistance in problem resolution efforts. Joan then moved on to International Registration Plan, Inc in 1999, where they served as the Director of Communication Services, overseeing the Communication Services department and managing the IRP Clearinghouse. At Archon Technologies, Joan worked as a Business Analyst, acting as the primary liaison between clients and developers for a vehicle title application system. Joan then returned to International Registration Plan, Inc in 2008 as the Membership Accounting and Technology Director, managing budget preparation and monitoring expenses. Joan joined NIC Federal, LLC in 2009 and held multiple roles including Senior Customer Service and Operations Manager and Senior Financial Operations Specialist, where they managed key aspects of portal financials, led portal migrations, and served as the subject matter expert for financial systems. Throughout their career, Joan has demonstrated excellent leadership skills and a strong focus on customer service.

Joan Kalvaitis completed their education at Clarkson University from 1990 to 1992. Joan earned a Bachelor's degree in Technical Communications during this period.
